Psychology

Understanding the mind-body connection shapes every session I give.

Fitness

An active lifestyle taught me what muscles need — and what they're asking for.

Rest

Recovery isn't optional. It's where the real work happens.

My Story

My journey into massage began during a time when I was learning how to find myself again. Feeling lost became an unexpected turning point that led me to massage school. What started as a new direction quickly became something much deeper, reigniting my passion for the body, movement, and taking care of myself.

As a wife and mom of three, I know what it’s like to spend so much of your time taking care of everyone else. My own journey taught me the importance of making space for myself, too—and that’s something I carry into every session.

My love for fitness eventually grew into something I actively live. I train and compete in HYROX, which has given me firsthand experience with the demands we place on our bodies, the importance of recovery, and the value of taking care of yourself both inside and outside of training.

My experiences in psychology, massage, and fitness have led me to look at wellness as a whole — not as separate pieces, but as a connection between how we move, how we feel, how we recover, and how we care for ourselves.

You Don't Have to Be "On"

A lot of people come to me holding everything — stress from work, tension from life, the weight of just keeping it all together. My job isn't just to work out the knots. It's to give you permission to put it all down for a little while.

You don't have to make conversation. You don't have to explain yourself. If you want to enjoy the quiet, that's perfectly okay. If you want to talk, laugh, or joke around, that's okay too. I believe you should be able to relax, be yourself, and let go of the day's tension.

Comfort matters more than formality in my room.

My goal is simple: to create a space where you can slow down, exhale, and give yourself the same care you give to everyone else.

Unwind. Emerge. Renew.
